Yamaguchi is also the principal of Yamaguchi & Yamaguchi
Inc. (www.yamaguchiinc.com), a real estate appraisal and consulting company that has
been established since 1967. He has been in the real
estate business for over 40 years and is respected for his
diverse knowledge of real estate issues and properties in Hawaii
and the Pacific Rim. He is a Realtor of the National
Association of Realtors, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the
State of Hawaii, designated CRE of the Counselors of Real Estate
Counselors, designated CCIM Certified Commercial
Investment Member, Member of NAR, a designated SRPA, SRA of the
Appraisal Institute and a Certified General Appraiser licensed
in the State of Hawaii.
Mr. Yamaguchi has been very active in the
Counselors of Real Estate, an International Organization,
headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, USA and has been appointed
the Chief Delegate to the Pan Pacific Congress of Appraisers,
Valuers and Counselors. He is also the designated Pacific
Rim Ambassador, representing the Counselors of Real Estate.
A graduate of
Iolani School, he earned his BA from Colorado State University.
